Hamza Leith

Founder & CEO

Hamza holds a Masters degree in Pharmacy from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. HarmonAId was born from founder Hamza 's deeply personal academic experience. Having navigated his own college journey without the support he needed, Hamza understands first-hand how isolating and challenging higher education can be. That experience of struggling alone, wishing for guidance from someone who truly understood, became the driving force behind HarmonAId.

Today, HarmonAId is the platform Hamza wish had existed during his student years.

HarmonAId is an AI-powered peer-to-peer tutoring marketplace that connects college students with verified student tutors who've walked the same path. The company believes that the best academic support comes from those who've recently mastered the material themselves—students who remember what it's like to struggle with that calculus problem or wrestle with that essay prompt.

The mission is simple: no student should face their academic challenges alone. By combining cutting-edge AI matching technology with the authentic peer support that makes all the difference, HarmonAId is creating a community where every student has access to the help they need, exactly when they need it.

Oleg Kozlov

CTO / Chief Developer

Oleg Kozlov is a software engineer, systems architect, and Fractional CTO with deep experience taking products from early concepts to reliable, scalable systems in production. He’s been hands-on across the full lifecycle—product design, requirements, architecture, implementation, and operational maturity—helping teams move quickly without sacrificing engineering rigor. His work spans both zero-to-one builds and complex modernization efforts, often in environments where reliability, security, and performance matter from day one.

Over nearly two decades in high-growth startups and product-focused organizations, Oleg has designed and built distributed backend platforms, data and analytics pipelines, and search/recommendation systems used by millions of users. He has delivered systems across multiple verticals including social networking, e-commerce, health tech, ad tech, fintech, media/movie tech, and finance—bringing a practical ability to translate product goals into resilient technical execution.

Oleg’s technical depth covers modern cloud and data infrastructure, large-scale databases, event-driven architectures, and high-throughput services, with extensive experience across AWS and Google Cloud ecosystems. He’s equally comfortable working close to product and design as he is diving into low-level performance, reliability, and cost optimization—building teams and systems that can scale as the business scales.

As a fractional CTO, Oleg partners with founders and leadership teams as a trusted technical owner—bringing clear decision-making, strong engineering standards, and an execution mindset. He’s known for building momentum early, creating clarity across stakeholders, and shaping technical foundations that inspire confidence with investors, clients, and partners.

Francesca Galasso

Operations Lead

Francesca brings over 20 years of operational excellence to HarmonAId, having spent her career making complex systems work seamlessly across diverse industries and products. From managing high-profile product launches at Philip Morris International to overseeing intricate packaging and artwork workflows at Azurity Pharmaceuticals, she's mastered the art of turning ambitious visions into flawless execution.

Her experience leading cross-functional teams at multinational companies like Unilever and navigating the intricacies of regulatory compliance, quality standards, and production timelines has given her a unique perspective: the best products succeed not just because of great ideas, but because of exceptional operational foundations.

At HarmonAId, Francesca is building those foundations. While students experience the magic of AI-powered matching and seamless tutor connections on the front end, she's ensuring everything runs flawlessly behind the scenes—from platform reliability to process optimization to scalable systems that can grow with the company.

Her mission is simple: create an operational infrastructure so smooth that students never have to think about it. They just get the help they need, when they need it, every single time.

Caden Roberts

Lead Student Ambassador

Caden is a Finance student at Texas A&M University with a minor in Artificial Intelligence, combining analytical rigor with cutting-edge tech expertise. As HarmonAId's Lead Campus Ambassador, he's on the front lines of bringing the platform to life at Texas A&M—building the student community that will make peer-to-peer tutoring a reality.

His role goes beyond promotion: Caden focuses on campus growth strategy, recruiting and training fellow ambassadors, and forging partnerships with student organizations to drive authentic adoption and brand awareness. Drawing from his entrepreneurial experience as a Co-Owner at The Ranch Services—where he mastered customer acquisition, sales, and operational coordination—he understands what it takes to build something from the ground up.

His previous work as a Campus Ambassador for Bounce and a Sales & Marketing Intern at Great State Hat Co gave him hands-on experience in early-stage startup environments, teaching him how to connect with students, build grassroots momentum, and turn vision into measurable growth.

At HarmonAId, Caden is building more than a user base—he's creating a movement. He's connecting with the students who need help, the tutors who can provide it, and the organizations that can amplify the impact. His goal is simple: ensure every Texas A&M student knows they have someone in their corner when they need academic support.

Because the best platforms aren't built from the top down—they're built student by student, connection by connection.

Abdullah El-salehy

Operations Team

Abdullah is an Economics and Business student at the University of Groningen in The Netherlands. His main focus is on the operational side of HarmonAId, helping ensure that the ambassador recruitment process goes as planned and also that the platform runs smoothly for both students and tutors. As a university student himself, he brings firsthand insight into student needs and works on improving workflows, coordination, and the overall user experience.

With previous experiences at both Dutch Union Trading B.V and an internship at Arcadis, Abdullah brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to operations and process improvements.

All data used for matching is based on user provided preferences. No clinical psychological assessments or diagnosis are generated by the system. Users voluntarily provide any data used for matching purposes. Users can opt out of providing any requested data.
